Is it, the Wind Mill applicable in Philippine archipelago to generate electricity power?
The high cost of electricity power in the Philippines, I thought wind mills are the answer.
It is applicable to some areas. It must be installed areas where there are not much wind speed variation.
Wind mills are already installed somewhere in Ilocos province.
Though environment friendly, purchasing these machines are quite expensive (as of now) as compared to other power plants.
It requires considerable amount of land space and is known worldwide to be killer of birds.
Also, it has some interference to TV signals near the area.
