Which Colleges should i apply to?
I am a 17 year Caucasian male living in Oakland County, MI. I am looking for potential colleges to attend that will give me the best educational experience with the credentials i have earned in high school.
I have a 3.5 GPA
I scored a 30 on the ACT
I am captain of my school’s varsity soccer team
and a member of the military history club.
Could anybody offer me suggestions of where i could go (in or out of state) to major in something along the lines of alternative energy engineering?
For a job in alternative energy, you want a Mecanical Engineering Degree.
Mechanical engineering teaches you how to understand and manipulate thermal, electrical, and kinetic energy.
Engineering is one of the most difficult degrees. Your gpa and act scores are of little influence. Employers are concerned with job experience and knowledge of the subject matter.
Make sure you choose a school that is abet accredited.
