reducing your carbon footprint
While we are reducing our carbon footprint?
isnt it also ethical to take steps to reduce our governmental “entitlement footprint”? (to reduce your dependence on the government taxing your hard working neighbor to pay for your benefits)
Ethically speaking, all people should desire to negatively impact others in the smallest way possible. It is consistent then to make the connection between reducing a carbon footprint so that others on the planet and those that will follow us will be affected as little as possible and then also reducing the demand for entitlements for the same reason. Anything someone can do to live their lives and have no negative impact on others should be considered as well.
